How to book, step by step
- Create and test your TTD account days in advance on ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in, so OTP or sign-up problems don't cost you time at 3 PM.
- Keep the documents ready on your computer: Aadhaar, and the disability or medical certificate if that is your category. You may be asked to upload them.
- Log in about 10 minutes before 3 PM and keep that one session open.
- Choose the Senior Citizen / Physically Challenged option, pick a date and time slot, and enter the details exactly as on the ID.
- Confirm and download the ticket. Keep a printout and the email.
On the day of darshan
- Carry the printed ticket and the original ID and certificates used while booking.
- Report at the place and time printed on your ticket. Devotees report that the reporting time is usually around 1 PM for a 3 PM darshan, but go by what your ticket says.
- TTD can pause this facility during festivals and very heavy crowd days such as Brahmotsavam. Check TTD's notices before you travel.
Booking for parents? A few tips
- Use your own laptop and TTD account to book for them. Have their Aadhaar numbers ready beforehand.
- The quota is limited and goes fast on weekends and holidays. Keep a backup date in mind.
- If other family members are travelling too, plan their ₹300 darshan tickets for the next day's release (24 October, 10 AM).
