Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Please read this page, check the free features and try the practice form before you buy a pass. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy and our Terms and Conditions.

1. What you are buying

A TTD Darshan Autofill pass (7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 1 year) is a digital licence that unlocks Quick Paste in the extension for the period you choose. The pass is delivered instantly as a licence key and starts working as soon as it is activated. Saving your devotee details in the extension is free and does not need a pass, so you can check that the extension works for you before paying.

2. No refunds, for any reason

Pass purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable. We do not give full refunds, partial refunds, credits or pro-rata refunds in any of these situations, or any other:

TTD tickets, slots or seva quotas sold out, or you did not get a booking
Your booking failed, timed out, or was rejected by TTD's system
TTD's website was slow, down, or under maintenance
TTD changed its website, forms, fields, login or security rules, and Quick Paste stopped working fully or partly as a result
You entered or saved wrong details, or chose the wrong date, slot or quota
You did not use the pass, used it only partly, or bought it by mistake
You bought the wrong plan, or want to change to a shorter one
Your browser, device, internet connection, extensions or settings stopped it working
You uninstalled the extension, cleared browser data, or changed browser or computer
You changed your mind

3. A pass does not guarantee a ticket

TTD Darshan Autofill is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). It only helps you enter your own saved details faster. Ticket availability, booking confirmation and every rule on TTD's site are decided entirely by TTD. We do not promise, and you are not paying for, any ticket, darshan, seva or accommodation.

4. Changes on TTD's website

TTD can change its website, forms or security rules at any time without notice. If a change on TTD's side stops Quick Paste from working on some or all fields, that is outside our control and is not a fault of the extension. We will try to update the extension as quickly as we can, but we are not responsible for any missed booking, loss or inconvenience it causes, and it does not make you eligible for a refund, extension or compensation. Any extension of pass time is at our sole discretion.

5. Passes are not transferable or pausable

The pass period runs continuously from activation, whether or not you use it. It cannot be paused, moved to other dates, split, resold or transferred to another person.

6. Payment problems

If you were charged but did not receive your licence key, email us with your payment details and we will send your key. If the same pass was charged twice because of a technical error on the payment page, we will refund the duplicate charge after verifying it with Razorpay. These are not refunds of a pass, and they are the only cases where money is returned.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. If a chargeback is raised for a pass that was delivered, we may deactivate that pass and any other passes linked to the same email, and share proof of delivery and of your acceptance of this policy with the payment provider.
